  • How do I book a cleaning service?

  • Are your cleaning products eco-friendly?
    Yes! We use safe, eco-friendly cleaning products that are not only effective but also safe for your family and the environment. We’re committed to maintaining a clean home and a clean planet.
  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
    No, you don’t have to be home during the cleaning. Many of our clients prefer to leave a key or use a lockbox for easy access. However, if you prefer to be home, we’re happy to accommodate your schedule.
  • How often should I schedule cleaning services?
    It depends on your needs! Our Basic Cleaning service is great for regular upkeep (weekly or bi-weekly). Standard Cleaning is ideal for more detailed maintenance (bi-weekly or monthly). Deluxe Cleaning and Make-Ready services are typically scheduled as needed for deep cleans or when preparing a home for sale or move-in. Feel free to contact us to discuss the best schedule for your home.
  • Do you offer cleaning for businesses?
    While our focus is primarily on residential cleaning, we do offer services for commercial spaces, particularly for move-in/move-out and post-renovation cleaning. Please contact us for more details about your specific needs.

    We stand by our work! If you’re not completely satisfied with the results, please let us know, and we’ll make it right. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

    We proudly serve Corpus Christi, TX, and the surrounding areas, including Portland, Flour Bluff, Annaville, Calallen, Rockport, and Kingsville. If you’re outside of these areas, feel free to reach out to see if we can accommodate your location.

  • How do I cancel or reschedule my cleaning appointment?
    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new schedule.

    To ensure the best results, we recommend picking up any personal items or valuables before we arrive. This helps our team focus on cleaning and ensures nothing gets misplaced. If you have specific areas or items you’d like us to focus on, just let us know!
